Backend Developer

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

In this role you will develop features and key components of an enterprise security system. If you have a passion for designing, developing and building high performance solutions that solve key enterprise challenges, this is the role for you.
If you thrive when working with strong engineers, you will enjoy what we have to offer. The team you will work with has vast industry experience and is staffed with decorated former members of Unit 8200.

Tech Stack: Java, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, Linux, Active Directory


  • Play a key role in the design, implementation and deployment of an enterprise security system, which includes advanced management features and cloud service components
  • Develop efficient and practical solutions for complex problems


  • Programming mastery in Java or C# + Python or Node.js
  • 3+ years of industry experience building backend modules of distributed systems
  • Experience building hybrid services, which include both on-premises and cloud components
  • Experience with networking technologies and/or cyber security – advantage
  • Ability to work well with a group of senior engineers in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline

Release Engineer

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

In this role, you will be responsible for Preempt‘s product release process.  The technical horizon is fast-paced and rapidly changing, with a diverse set of customer needs and frequent product updates.


  • Responsible for product release process (code freeze, QA, regression and release dates and production release cycles)
  • Develop and maintain packaging of release code via Jenkins tasks
  • Ability to work with support engineers and release hot-fixes to support POC and customer needs
  • On a daily basis monitor Jenkins jobs and follow up on automated regression testing
  • Be independent as possible while working as a team player
  • Communicate clearly in public email, Slack, commit messages, and bug reports


  • At least two years of experience in release engineering
  • Experience with packaging software on Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Experience with setting up CI on Jenkins
  • Experience with setting up docker images
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, git
  • Knowledge of Puppet/Ansible is a plus
  • Technical background as a QA engineer – an advantage
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related subject is a plus

Digital Marketing Manager

Location: San Francisco

Are you a data driven marketer who understands all aspects of digital marketing and knows how to optimize for every stage of the customer journey? As Preempt’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of a growing marketing team tasked with amplifying the Preempt brand in the IT security Industry. You will look to find unique and creative ways to bring awareness and education to who Preempt is through our digital channels. The role will report to the VP of Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual who wants to thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.


  • Manage the global strategy, execution and maintenance of Preempt’s digital channels – website, blog, social channels
  • Own and manage Preempt’s marketing automation platform including email communications, lead nurturing and lead scoring
  • Implement, optimize and closely monitor campaign performance on Search and Social channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
  • Improve digital conversion metrics, focused on pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Partner with other marketing team members to support integrated campaigns. and advise on the best use of digital tactics to support objectives
  • Develop and collaborate with team on content optimized for digital channels (video, graphics, presentations and more)
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate web and social performance results


  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience in relevant enterprise IT software
  • Domain expertise a plus: Security Analytics, UEBA, SIEM, Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Fraud and related cybersecurity markets
  • Expert, hands-on user of search platforms (AdWords/Bing) and social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and ROI attribution.
  • Deep understanding of search engine bidding strategies and implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross-team management skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress (or other CMS system), Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
